I got a letter saying that I could get a early upgrade so I went into the store and the guy said I had to pay a bill from yrs ago before I could get the early upgrade. He was told it went to collection but I haven't got anything from anyone. If I had a bill that was outstanding then why did I get a new account over a yr ago? It's not on my credit report at all saying I have a old bill from them!

They overcharged me with hidden fees and *** service. They never paid for my previous phone company contract like they claim when I joined! So I owe them $800 for my canceling my service and they owe me $700 so I am calling it square and they can see me in court if they like I will not pay these crooks!
