Went to U.S.Cellular office in Weaverville NC to get an explanation of inconsistent roaming charges on my bill.

Computers were down, and associates could not answer a single question I had. One of them did not even know how I figured out the cost-per-minute of the calls. DUH! Divide the cost by the number of minutes!

Told me to call Costumer Service. Uh, that's why I went to their office in the first place! Finally talked to C. Service.

No decent answer from them either.I have been a loyal costumer for over fifteen years, but I am thinking about switching.
