when i purchased y phone 2 yrs ago i never entered a pin umber or a security question on the account. since that time i have had issues with paying my monthly payment because i have no pin number and when customer service claims it would be the last 4 digits of my social security number i give the number and immediately i'm told it is incorrect they ask the security question, what was your first car, i tell them and again i am told that's incorrect all this for a payment!
i purchased a new phone at wal-mart $75.00 i called to have my info transferred along with my minutes and was told there that i had to call in and get it transferred i call CS and same thing happens as when making pmt after 1/2 hour of arguement and being told i had to go to the store and have them call in i and trying to tell the rep that i was told there that i was tocall in he finally tellls e that all they need to do is verify with picture ID and they willl transfer everything and i can change the pin at the same time really?!
why in 2 yrs has this never been told to me or even thought of by the rep in the store and why did walmart not just do it when i was there ! i am considering switching my carrier to one that not only can provide me with satisfactory service but knows how to treat customers

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of prepaid cell phone. Us Cellular needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
