US Cellular - Took my monthly bill out twice
They took out from my account twice 10/24/2018 $185.13 X 2 and will not reimburse me for one of my payments They want to credit my account instead they over drawn my bank account.I had to file a dispute plus, filed a claimplaint with BBB.This is ridulious.I have no money now until11/01/2018 because I'm disabled.As soon as I can I will be change to a different carrier.They will not work with you .They are rude.I just want my money back in my account I have my back involved.I'm really upset that they are giving me the run around and told me I would have to wait at least 20 days before they can do anything .I called they at least 5 times since this happened an I keep getting different answers
