US Cellular IS A RIP OFF!
June 8, 2016 the four phones on my plan were shut off without warning. It seems my payment due twelve days earlier had been overlooked.
ME BAD! As soon as I became aware I paid my account in full. Come July 8, 2016 it happened all over. Again, ME BAD!
However, when I went in to pay my bill on July 8, 2016. I was informed that not only did I have to bring my account current, I was told that the payment due on July 24, was outstanding. Fine, I would have paid the two months. However, the TWO-HUNDRED DOLLARS that US Cellular demanded as fees to turn the four phones back on ($100.00 times 2 ME BADS) was at best excessive.
Me may be bad. But US Cellular is worse. Had my cell company bothered to send me a TEXT informing me my payment was late I would have paid it before they turned the phones off. However, that would not have been cost effective.
US Cellular is making a fortune charging $100.00 monthly fee on a $221.00 plan. US CELLULAR VERY BAD!!!
